#13 - Cutting the Grass

In the three first Pokémon generations, players could use the HM Cut to remove tall grass in front of him in order to avoid wild encounters. In Pokémon Emerald, this is only possible with the ability Hyper Cutter. From Gen IV onwards, this is not possible.
